The whole truth about the CLA pills slimming and burning fats

The CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid or linoleic acid is associated with a family of 28 different combination of linoleic acid. And is also considered one of the types of Trans Fat or contrastive fat. The three groups were taking these doses divided over 6 capsules a day. And were not any woman you know what is Alcapsolat content. To scientists that the ladies were taking all Alcapsolat sure, scientists random amounts of Alcapsolat and they keep to themselves, gave the figures. After the end of the study asked them remaining Alcapsolat and calculated the difference so they know exactly the amount of Alcapsolat addressed by each lady. The study lasted for 4 months.

The results:
After 16 weeks, and as expected, there is an increase in Alhamadan c9, t11-CLA and the t10, c12-CLA in the blood of more than two groups who took the CLA more than the group that dealt with the olive oil. There was also an increase of acid the c9, t11-CLA in the group that I've ever alone. This means that 75 women successfully completed the experiment of 81 lady.

Group that dealt with a mixture of CLA got the best results:

There was no change in the weight of the 3 groups. But the group that dealt with the mixture had a decrease in fat weight more than 4% and an increase in muscle mass more than 3%. This does not mean that the fat content decreased 4%, because this is a big result, but I mean 4% lower the better of the two. This means, that if the loss of 1000 grams fat for two groups, the group that deals with the mixture, lost 1040 grams fat. This means the loss of more than 40 grams fat per 1 kg.

Is the CLA helped diabetics?:

There was no change in the rates of insulin and glucose in blood, if it has no value in the treatment of diabetics.

Summary experience:
The CLA actually helps to burn fat and increase muscle, but the percentages are tiny. Like most commercial fat burners that rely on herbs. In order to get these results edits must deal with a mixture of acids, the CLA. And whatever you do, there is no substitute for a balanced diet program and a training program to burn fat.

The Damage of CLA:
There is no study searched for long-term damage of the CLA. Nor is there any report on my side opposed or injury because of supplementing or even conflict with any medication.
